About
I didn't plan on instructional design I stumbled into it. Years working with a Youth Employment Program taught me lesson planning, classroom management, and the patience for problem-solving before I ever knew those were ID skills. (If you can survive a room full of teenagers, you can handle most things.)
Service trips to Tijuana, New York, and Chicago deepened how I listen, adapt, and meet people where they are. That perspective carries into everything I do.
Most of my work involves translating complicated policies into understandable steps and connecting people to what they need I was designing learning experiences before I knew what to call it.
When I found instructional design, it gave language to instincts I'd always had. My approach is human-centered and performance-driven. I design for real people in real situations with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
